Returns
We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products received by the customer. To request a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- The product should be returned with original packaging
- Customized or used products are not eligible for return
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method or bank account.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only available for damaged or wrong products, subject to stock availability.

Cancellation Policy
